Why there are two toilet seats?

Why there are two toilet seats? It is called bidet. It is not a toilet, a vomit basin, or a washbasin. In Chinese, it is called a sitting tub, a purging basin, or a lower body basin. Bidet is your buddy when you want to clean up after using the bathroom, or when it's too cold to wash your whole body in the shower.

Why are there two toilets in Italy?

The “second toilet” is the bidet. We Italians use it to clean our private parts: it is not a toilet, but it is something you use after the toilet. After defecating, we use the toilet paper to remove the solid parts and then we clean our butt with water and the appropriate soap.
