Do you need to print PDF tickets?
Today most venues scan tickets off smartphones or have mobile tickets for entry into an event. However, there are still venues, events, teams, and artists that require tickets to be printed. Traditional E-tickets can often be either printed or used as a mobile ticket that is scanned off a smartphone.
What happens if my phone dies with my train ticket?
Your mobile phone must be able to display the ticket on your phone screen. If your phone battery has died, you will be unable to retrieve your mobile ticket. Therefore, you will have to purchase a new ticket for the journey you wish to make.
Is it OK to buy tickets from Trainline?
