Why is there no DreamWorks park? Real estate, real estate, real estate. It's just too expensive to buy enough land to develop a world-class resort in the markets that have the critical mass to support it. That said, DreamWorks could *buy* someone else's parks, or enter into a formal long-term deal to jointly develop existing parks and new attractions.
