Why can't i leave a review on booking? Only guests who booked stays through our platform—including no-shows and people who booked a property for family or friends—and/or stayed at your property can leave a review.
How long do reviews stay on booking com?
We know that anonymity makes it easier for guests to share feedback and highlight issues they wouldn't mention otherwise. This also gives you greater insight into how you could make improvements. As with all other reviews, anonymous reviews are public for 36 months.
Can you be banned from booking com?
Yes absolutely possible and it's not just exclusive to Booking.com - it's all mainstream OTA's. Thank you for reply! And if you get banned, what happens with existing bookings including those that are already paid? But I get it, there has to be a pattern.
