Why are there no planes at airports on Google Maps? Its more to do with the fact that google maps, or any such tool, is meant to be a capture of the land, not the land and cars and trains and planes and people etc. Evidently, clever algorithms have been used to show the land as it should be, rather than with a plane on top of it.

FlightRadar gives detailed information about all flights in the near future and the past while Plane Finder shows flights which have departed and are in the air. You can't see flights in the future. A point for FlightRadar. Plane Finder allows you to set multiple Filters at once, FlightRadar doesn't.
