Where is my Railcard?
Where is my Railcard? To view your Railcard in the app, you'll need to first log in to your account with the same email address you purchased with. After logging in, navigate to the Account tab and tap on Your Railcards to bring up the list of Railcards you've purchased. Then tap on Download Railcard to download it to your device.
Do I need to download my Railcard?
After ordering your digital Railcard you will be sent an email which contains a download code. You will use this download code to add your digital Railcard on your phone or device.
Where is my digital Railcard code?

Is the Railcard a physical or digital card?
Digital Railcards are stored within the Railcard app on your smart phone or tablet, meaning there's no need to carry the physical card around with you. They can be stored on up to two devices and used quicker than plastic Railcards as they do not need to be sent in the post.
Does Trainline automatically apply Railcard?
We'll automatically apply your Railcard savings and show you the discounted price. Book your train tickets as a digital ticket, or to be collected at the station. Bring the device your digital Railcard and train tickets are stored on to show to a ticket inspector if asked.
Can I get a digital copy of my Railcard?

Can you add Railcard to Oyster?
How do I link my railcard and my Oyster card? To link your Oyster card and railcard, you need to take your Oyster card and your railcard to an Underground station, Overground ticket office or some National Rail ticket offices and ask the clerk to add your discount entitlement to your Oyster card.
How do I receive my Railcard?
If you have purchased a digital Railcard, it will be available to use straight away. A download code will be sent to your registered email address, along with instructions on how to download your Railcard. You cannot travel on discounted tickets until you have received your Railcard.
How do I show my Railcard on my phone?
If you have already bought a digital Railcard, you should have received a 'digital Railcard Download code' on both the purchase confirmation page and by email. Once you've got this code, go to the Railcard app, tap on the '+' button in the top left of the screen and enter your code.
How do I add my Trainline Railcard to Apple wallet?
- On your iPhone, open the Wallet app.
- Tap the Add button .
- Tap Travel Card to add a new travel card or tap Previous Card to add a travel card that you've previously added to the Wallet app.
- Choose a travel card from the list, or search by location or card name.
How do I get a plastic Railcard?
To buy online, simply click 'Buy Now' on the website homepage and follow the instructions on the screen. Under 'Choose the type of Railcard you would like' you can select if you want a 'Digital' or a 'Plastic' Railcard. You will be asked to provide a digital passport-style photo if you select 'Digital'.
