Where can I park for free at Rutgers? Visitors to the University can park in Lot 48 between the hours of 6:00am-2:00am on the Busch Campus across from the Visitors Center at no cost. Visitors are defined by the University as persons not affiliated with Rutgers University.


How can I avoid parking tickets?

Don't get ticketed in the first place
