Where can I find my memory maker? To make sure that Memory Maker is linked to your account, log on to your My Disney Experience account and scroll down to My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. Once there, click on Tickets & Memory Maker to view any Memory Maker purchases you have made.
How long does it take for memory maker to show up?
Choose the Tickets & Memory Maker option to see your purchase. It can take up to 24 hours for your Memory Maker to appear. If your purchase is still not showing on your account, you may need to link the service to your My Disney Experience. You can do this online and it only takes a few moments.
Do I need to purchase Memory Maker ahead of time?
You must add Memory Maker to your package at least 3 days prior to your arrival to take advantage of this advanced purchase pricing. If you decide to purchase Memory Maker during your trip, the cost will be $199.
Do I need to activate my memory maker?
On your MDE on the page which your photos are displayed it gives you an actual date when these photos expire. Your Memory Maker is automatically activated when your first photo is taken. You don't do anything to activate your MM. Happy planning!
Does Disney Memory Maker expire?
Photo Content taken during the Memory Maker Window must be downloaded before they expire. All Photo Content will expire pursuant to the expiration policy. We do not offer options for permanent storing of Photo Content. Expired Photo Content will be deleted from the system.
Can my family use my memory maker?
Your Memory Maker package can include photos linked by up to 25 members of your My Disney Experience “Friends and Family” list. In the vast majority of cases, a family/group visiting Disney World will be “Friends and Family” and will be fewer than 25 people.

What is this? While the basic Disney PhotoPass lets you view and then purchase individual pictures, Disney's Memory Maker works by allowing you to collect an unlimited number of PhotoPass pictures taken throughout the park and download all those photos directly to your phone or computer.
Is Disney memory maker included in my tickets?
