What time can you enter Magic Kingdom for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party? Even though Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party doesn't officially start until 7 pm, you can enter the park as early as 4 pm with your event ticket. You will not need a park reservation since it is a special event. Just a heads up–this event sells out pretty quickly and last year, we saw a huge demand.

The underlying rationale for this is that many day guests avoid Magic Kingdom on party dates because the park hours are shorter and Happily Ever After fireworks are not shown to regular guests. This results in significantly lighter crowds on days of the holiday parties when Magic Kingdom closes at 6 pm.
Can you use lightning lane during Halloween party?
I just spoke with a Cast Member who did some digging and informed me that, unfortunately, Individual Lightning Lane purchases will not be available from 4:00-6:00 for those with just a party ticket. But don't fret and look alive!
