What is the grace period for JustPark?
What is the grace period for JustPark? If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the booking starts, you'll receive a full refund. In cases where the booking is cancelled by the space owner or JustPark, the full refund will also include the Transaction Fee.
How do I cancel Park Dean?
If you need to cancel your holiday, please email us at: cancellations@parkdean-resorts.com. The date we receive your email is the date of the cancellation. Full details of our holiday cancellation cover can be found on the cancellation cover page.
What happens if you arrive early on JustPark?
If you're early You can either make a new booking to cover the time you arrived early, or you have to wait until the start time of your booking. It is unfortunately not possible to amend your booking to an earlier time.
Does JustPark have cameras?
By parking your vehicle in the Car Park you consent to us capturing, using and processing your VRM and personal details via CCTV and ANPR for enforcement purposes, to calculate the relevant parking tariff (if applicable) and to recover any outstanding Parking Charge.
Does JustPark cost money?
We charge two sets of fees. The fees below we charge to the space owner for each booking. In addition, we charge the drivers a fee on top of the prices set by an owner. To cover the cost of processing your payment, we charge owners a 3% fee for each booking they receive.
How does JustPark reservation work?
Open the JustPark app. Once you have found a space that is suitable, you will be able to see any additional information and any previous reviews made by other drivers. When you're happy, tap on the Reserve button at the bottom, and you will be able to complete the booking.
Can you get a refund on JustPark?
If you were unable to park, please get in touch with us as soon as you can - preferably no later than 48 hours after the booking was due to start. We hold all funds for 48 hours before releasing them to the space owner so that we can quickly process a refund if necessary.
Can you end parking early on PayByPhone?
You can interrupt your parking from: ?? Send the word 'FINISH' via SMS to 65565 within the first five minutes of an active parking session. This will cancel your session (with your payment being sent back to the card account used) and allow you to create a new one.
What is the 10 minute grace period?
10 minute grace period This is to allow you a reasonable period after your parking time has finished to leave the car park. If you weren't given this grace period, you may be able to challenge the charge. See the later section If you do not agree that you owe the parking charge for more information.

Drivers can use our website or app to find and pay for parking and paying is easy as we accept all major debit and credit cards, Apply Pay and Google Pay. And if someone prefers to use their mobile phone to book & pay for parking, they can use our IVR (interactive voice response) or book with a simple text.
Why do people back into parking spaces?
Drivers back-in so they can get out easier or faster, or perhaps so that they can make what they think is a safer exit from a particular space where there's a lot of passing traffic, or from a space near a corner. When someone is backing into a spot, other drivers just have to be patient and wait.
