What is the difference between Genie and Genie+? Genie+ is an add-on to the Genie service. With Genie+, you can reserve a spot in a ride's Lightning Lane, a shorter line available only to Genie+ users. You can only book one Lightning Lane at a time, however you can use it throughout the day.

I think genie plus is pretty good if you don't mind the money and are fast at making your lightning lanes, but some rides just aren't on genie plus, and that's the individual lightning lanes. So if you dont mind the cost i'd purchase genie plus and the individual lightning lanes as you go.
