What is flex on ID90? FLEX (short for Flight Load EXchange) is a powerful new addition to the suite of ID90 Travel Flight products. Simply search for flights and post a request for the flights you're interested in. Someone working for the airline of the flights you requested will get a notification and respond to your request.

Does Delta use ID90?

If you want to travel on any of the airlines listed below (under the “MyIDTravel Carrier List”), you can essentially get “1 stop shopping”. In other words, you can purchase and list for your flight simultaneously. In terms of major US carriers, Delta, Southwest and Jet Blue (but NOT American) are included.


How do I log into ID90 Travel?

You can log in here, using the email and password you entered when you signed up. If you've forgotten your password you can reset it here. Once you have logged in, you can choose to link your ID90 Travel account with Google or Facebook so you can sign in with one click in the future.


Can anyone use ID90 travel?

What if my seat is on waiting?

The short answer is no, you can't travel with tickets that are in a waiting list. Unfortunately, this is how the system works. If the tickets in the waiting list are not confirmed before your departure, the airline may not allow you to board the plane.


Can my child travel with my sister?

Yes, while the custodial parent may not need permission, the non-custodial needs it. The custodial parent must also make sure that their trip does not interfere with the non-custodial parents time. If you travel outside the country, do you inform your siblings about the trip whether it be before or after?


Do pilots get free seats?

Pilots only get to fly for free within their own airline or sister airlines. When flying on other airlines they will have to pay a small fee and it will almost always be a standby ticket where they can only fly if there is a free seat. If the flight is full they have to wait for the next flight.
