How does Cabify reservation work?
Choose your destination point. Then Select 'Reserve' in the lower right corner of the screen. Choose the date and time you want your Cabify to pick you up and click on 'Continue'. Select the category you want to reserve and then click on 'Confirm reservation' and that's it!
Does Cabify have car seats?
All Cabify Kids vehicles include Group 1-2-3 child seats and a 2€ SRI supplement is included in the price. Unfortunately, it's no longer possible to request a Group 0 (Maxicosi) or a second child seat.
How do you use Cabify?
- Tell us where you want to go.
- Select the category Taxi or Easy Taxi. (If it's not showing up in the app, swipe up to see all the available categories.)
- That's it! Now you can get around the city by taxi.
Does Cabify work all over Spain?
Spain: Alicante, A Coruña, Barcelona, Benidorm, Madrid, Malaga, Marbella, Murcia, Santander, Seville, Valencia and Zaragoza.
Do you tip Cabify drivers in Spain?
Tipping taxis or drivers in Spain If you're using a Spanish rideshare service (like Cabify and BlaBlaCar), tipping is not required. But if you receive especially good service, you can leave a tip in the app afterward.
Is Uber better than Cabify?

Does Cabify work in Barcelona airport?
You can go up the side ramps. Once you are in the departure area, go outside through any of the doors. There you will find your Cabify in the waiting area. If you want, you can call your driver to specify the exact pick-up point in the waiting area.

In a Cabify, you'll pay an upfront price that won't change if you hit traffic. With a taxi, you'll see the estimated price range and then pay depending on the taximeter.

Does Cabify take cash?
This can be a debit/credit card (depending which country you're in) or PayPal. We do not currently accept prepaid cards. Alternatively, if our cash service is operational in your city, you can choose to pay in cash instead.
