What happened to my air miles account? Your AIR MILES Account will be considered dormant if you have not collected, used, bought or transferred at least one Mile for 24 consecutive months or longer. Once an Account goes dormant, all Miles within the Account will also be cancelled, and you'll no longer receive Program Updates from us by email.
