Is there swimming at McKinney Falls State Park? There are two spots to swim, the Upper Falls and the Lower Falls. The park is open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and you must have reservations to enter. Reservations can be made in advance here.
Can I swim in Rainbow falls?
Rainbow Falls is not safe for swimming. However, the pools in the river above Rainbow Falls can be safe for swimming (at your own risk) when the river is calm and the weather is dry.
