Is the TfL pension good? The Fund is highly regarded by its members with virtually all of TfL and London Underground employees contributing, along with TfL and LU as employers. The current scheme is healthy, sustainable and is in surplus. TSSA is opposed to increases to members' contributions or any reduction in pension benefits.


What age can you retire from TfL?

Retiring from age 60 You can take your pension without any reduction if you retire at any time from age 60, providing you have more than three months pensionable service, otherwise you will only be entitled to a refund of your contributions.
