The Heathrow Express station is close to T3. Once you start down the ramp to the inter-terminal walkway it's only about 2 minutes to the station entrance. Add a couple more minutes to get from Arrivals to that ramp, plus 2-4 minutes to reach the platforms by lift or escalators.
