Is the Disney Skyliner open 2023? In 2022, the Skyliner was closed from January 23rd through January 28th, and in 2023 it was closed from January 22nd through the 29th. For those closures, Cast Members informed us that the Skyliner was undergoing routine maintenance. So if that routine continues, we'll probably see another closure in late January 2024.
