Is Tesla a quiet car? People are different, they don't all think the same way about their cars. My Tesla is dead silent inside and outside when standing still. It is also dead silent inside and outside when moving at low speed. Newer Tesla cars have to make a sound when moving at low speed to warn pedestrians.
