Is Quick Service open during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween party? As for other dining, Quick Service and Table Service restaurants are open for guests to eat. You can even pay for a dessert party (with guaranteed fireworks viewing) and go trick-or-treating around the park (included in your MNSSHP ticket).
Can you use lightning lane during Halloween party?
I just spoke with a Cast Member who did some digging and informed me that, unfortunately, Individual Lightning Lane purchases will not be available from 4:00-6:00 for those with just a party ticket. But don't fret and look alive!
