Is mobile order available during Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party? Well, if this were just a regular park day in Magic Kingdom, you might pull up that restaurant on the My Disney Experience app and use mobile order to place your order. Well, during the party, you won't be able to do that. That's right, Mobile Order is NOT available during Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
