Is it hard to travel Europe with a suitcase? I used a suitcase and small bag traveling for 3 months in europe. Yes it can get slightly annoying with stairs and metro but as long as you don't pack it too heavy it's not bad. I've had to walk 30 min to train/bus stations and I don't think my back would handle that weight , but to each it's own.
