Is Greece strict on ID?

Is Greece strict on ID? Personally, I have not seen identification being asked for on a routine basis. I would say that if you look especially young you could be asked to show ID. If you are traveling to Mykonos, a party island, they could be more strict. So you might want to be sure to have your ID.

Are clubs in Greece strict?

Legal age for drinking in bars/clubs is 18, same as here...but no-ones going to be checking ID's.... Greece is very relaxed. Mykonos has a few slightly pretentious venues where you may not appear to fit their desired clientele profile but there's plenty of other options...just barhop around 'til you find what you like!

Do they care about ID in Spain?

Officials at customs and immigration are checking travelers for things like whether they have the right documents to be in the country, whether they're legally allowed to be there, and whether they're bringing anything illegal with them.
