Is General Sherman worth visiting? It is very impressive. We enjoyed the walk through the grove and were also treated to a play that was held by a theater group and rangers. The kids had a blast and the actors/rangers were so friendly. The trees themselves were very impressive and we spend quite a bit of time admiring the huge General Sherman Tree.
