Is Aria and Cosmo connected? Basically, you want to walk from the Aria into Crystal's and head towards the Las Vegas Blvd exit/entrance on the 2nd floor. There's a walkway from that exit over Harmon St and into the 2nd floor of the Cosmo (the retail shops area).

Leave the Aria from the main entrance, straight into Crystals shopping mall, through there - walking towards the strip and take the left hand side exit, over the bridge and into The Cosmopolitan. Don't know if there's a better/quicker way, but that's the way we went - very easy and takes about 5 minutes.
