My whole family loves this roller coaster, we make sure to ride it every time we are in Magic Kingdom.

My son went on it when he was 3 and just about 40 and he really liked it. They aren't really strapped in but a bar comes down onto your lap. I think he'll be fine. It doesn't go up or down enough for anyone to feel like they are going to fall out.
