How much is a droid at Disney World? Droid Depot may be able to accommodate walk-ins each day, but it's subject to availability. The build-your-own-droid experience costs $119.99 per builder and includes choosing your own pieces, putting the droid together and taking the droid with you with a box and remote control.


Is it better to build a droid or a lightsaber at Disney?

The droid is probably a better functional souvenir, especially for kids; it can be played with for (hopefully) years to come. The lightsaber is a lot of fun to carry around the park at night to take pictures, but I don't think I'll be having many lightsaber battles at home.


Can I bring my own lightsaber to Disney?

While you may bring the full lightsaber into the theme parks, please know you'll be asked to stow it away safely to enjoy any attractions so your plan to just bring the hilt is a good one.
