How long does it take to get through the Creation Museum? The Creation Museum offers a variety of ways to explore its exhibits, so it's hard to say precisely how much time is needed for a complete tour. Generally speaking, visitors can expect to spend between 3 and 5 hours at the museum. When we visited, we were there for at least 5 hours.
Do I need more time at Creation Museum or Ark Encounter?
You could do the Ark in about 4-5 hours without doing their petting zoo and other outdoor things. The Creation Museum definitely takes a day--again, lots to do outside and crowds can slow things down. I would recommend two days.

The Ark Encounter like many attractions is more busy during the weekends. If possible visit during the weekdays. But if you cannot weekends are fine. We visited on Memorial Day weekend 2023 and although it was busy in some areas the crowds were able to spread out to the many attractions.

We visited for nine hours, time well spent. Interesting and Worth the Trip! The museum is very interesting and thought provoking. It is a good reminder of the basic truths of the Bible.
Can you do the ark and Creation Museum in one day?
The two locations are just under an hour away from each other so it would be tricky to do both in one day. Seeing the actually size of the ark in person is really impressive and awe inspiring.
