How long do you have to refund a ticket on Ticketmaster? Purchased tickets through Ticketmaster are non-refundable. This also applies when you have chosen Klarna as payment method. If the event is cancelled, the ticket is refunded according to the promoter's guidelines and within 60 days after the date of the event. The service charge is not refundable.
