How intense is Expedition Everest ride? The first time I went on Everest I wasn't expecting it to go backwards, it just ran out of tracks. I'd say it's only the backwards bit that could be scary. I would say Expedition Everest would be quite scary for a 5 year old. It is definitely more frightening than Splash or Thunder.
