How does Tron queue work? Request to Join the Virtual Queue A virtual queue is in place for TRON Lightcycle / Run. Guests will need to use the My Disney Experience app to enter this attraction. A standby queue will not be available. Each Guest can request to enter this virtual queue no more than once per day during regular park hours.


Can you purchase lightning lane for Tron?

What happens if you miss your boarding time for Tron?

Essentially, if you secure a boarding group, you'll be assigned a return window to come back and ride the attraction. Multiple rides use the VQ system in Disney World, and in our experience, we've been able to be late to our return window and still allowed on the ride.

There are 2 daily opportunities to request to join the virtual queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run: 7:00 AM (Guests do not need to be in Magic Kingdom park to join the virtual queue at this time)

PhotoPass/On-Ride Photos Thanks to your MagicBand or MagicBand+ (or if you have bluetooth turned on your phone and have it with you while riding), your photos should appear in your My Disney Experience app automatically.

If you want to grab an Individual Lightning Lane for TRON, it'll cost you $20 on March 20th. You can buy the Lightning Lane through the My Disney Experience app. What a cool design! On the morning of March 20th, Individual Lightning Lanes were sold out within minutes and the virtual queue filled up in seconds.


Which lightning lanes sell out the fastest?

At all crowd levels, Flight of Passage sells out first. And Cosmic Rewind has worse availability than Rise of the Resistance on low and medium crowd days too. We also see many more availability “drops” throughout the day for Individual Lightning Lane attractions that we do for Genie+ attractions.


Can you use lightning lane more than 3 times?

You can only use the Lightning Lane for an attraction once a day. Unlike with Fastpass, you are only allowed access the Lightning Lane once per day per attraction. So if you wanna ride an attraction multiple times, you'll be using that standby line for all but one of your turns.


Can you join a virtual queue twice in one day?

Each Guest can request to enter the virtual queue no more than once per day during regular park hours. Before requesting to join a virtual queue, Guests must have valid admission and may need a theme park reservation depending on the type of admission and date of their visit. In fact, if a ride has both a virtual queue and paid Individual Lightning Lane access, you can use both and ride it twice!
