How does Disney PhotoPass know who you are?


How does Disney PhotoPass know who you are? All of your account information is linked together. PhotoPass photographers will scan either your MagicBand, Disney PhotoPass card, theme park ticket, or Annual Pass. You can also access a QR code they can scan in the My Disney Experience App.


How long do Disney PhotoPass photos take to appear?

A: Please allow up to 24 hours after your Disney PhotoPass photos are captured before they are added to your account. To view your photos, sign in to your Disney account and enter the number on your Disney PhotoPass card.

Why does Disney take your picture?

At the time of activation, a ticket will be associated with one Guest. Each ticket holder will have their photo taken at the park entrance. That photo will be used to verify each Guest when they use their ticket for re-entry on the same day as well as on subsequent days for a multi-day ticket.
