How do you get food on the ICE train? Food & drink ICE1, ICE2, ICE3 class 407, & 7-car ICE-T trains have a proper restaurant car with a restaurant at one end and a bistro-bar area at the other. ICE3 class 403 & 406 and 5-car ICE-T trains have a bistro car with a cafe-bar area and small 12-seat restaurant area.
