How do you get Excalibur intrinsic upgrade? When you first complete the mission and acquire Vexcalibur, you'll get a quest called Vexcalibur: Authorization Override. By completing this, you'll be able to unlock new intrinsic traits for the weapon, much like Revision Zero last season.
