How do you add a Railcard to your account? Open the app*, and tap on the + symbol in the top right hand corner to get started. Select Add an existing Railcard at the top of the screen. Enter the download code you received in an email titled Your digital Railcard download code, and click continue.
Can I add my Railcard online?
After ordering your digital Railcard you will be sent an email which contains a download code. You will use this download code to add your digital Railcard on your phone or device.

You can store your digital Railcard on up to two devices at a time. If you want to add it a third, you will need to remove it from one of your existing devices using the steps descirbed above.
Do Trainline railcards only work on Trainline?
Yes. Although your Railcard will live in your Trainline App, it can still be used with tickets bought elsewhere.
Can I use my boyfriends Railcard?
No. The Railcard is for your use only, and provides discounts only on tickets bought for your own use. It does not cover anyone accompanying you.
