When can I see my flight gate?
The boarding gate is normally announced about 2 hours before the take-off time, so you will need to check the departures website if you are not already inside the airport by that time. In the airport you can check the LCD screens to see where's your boarding gate.
Do I need to check-in at gate if I checked in online?
In most cases, you will only need to go to check-in when you have checked-in online if you need to drop off an item of hold baggage. Please ensure that you are aware of the hand baggage requirements for your specific airline before you travel.

A gate is a designated area inside the terminal building where passengers will assemble and wait prior to boarding. It includes facilities for checking boarding passes, last-minute customer service such as seating changes and so forth.
Can I go straight to gate after online check-in?
Online check-in opens 30 hours before flight departure. If you're only traveling with carry-on baggage and have checked in online, you can go straight to the security control and the gate. If the online check-in option is not available, you will need to check in at the airport.
How early do you have to be at the airport?
When you're traveling within the United States, we make the suggestion to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure. Whilst our seating system will always try to seat families together, seats are allocated on a first come first served basis so the earlier you check in the more likely you are to be seated together.
Why there is no gate number on boarding pass?
You will not be informed of the gate number if you are taking the boarding pass in advance i.e. online. In such cases, you will have to get it from the counter or may be at the kiosks installed in some airports. Another way is to look for the gate number in the display boards which are installed in the lounges.
Do you have to print out your boarding pass?
Depending on the requirements of airport authorities, you will need to present a mobile boarding pass, a paper boarding pass printed out by you or a paper boarding pass picked up from the check-in desk.
