How do I find my memory maker? To make sure that Memory Maker is linked to your account, log on to your My Disney Experience account and scroll down to My Plans, Reservations and Tickets. Once there, click on Tickets & Memory Maker to view any Memory Maker purchases you have made.
Do I need to activate my memory maker?
On your MDE on the page which your photos are displayed it gives you an actual date when these photos expire. Your Memory Maker is automatically activated when your first photo is taken. You don't do anything to activate your MM. Happy planning!

Photo Content taken during the Memory Maker Window must be downloaded before they expire. All Photo Content will expire pursuant to the expiration policy. We do not offer options for permanent storing of Photo Content. Expired Photo Content will be deleted from the system.
