How do I change the owner of a MagicBand? They cannot be transferred because they are linked to an individual. Someone can wear a band that does not belong to them, but they would be using up the FP+s of the person to whom the band is assigned.
How many years do MagicBands last?
It is perfectly acceptable to reuse an old MagicBand on your next trip. The official word from Walt Disney World is that the battery life of a band is expected to be about 2 years. However, I personally have older ones that are still going strong! So, bring your MagicBands and try it!
