How do I change my base rate on booking com?

CHANGE BASE RATES

Go to Calendar and Pricing.
Choose the Dates you want the Base Rates to be changed.
On PRICE, input your preferred Base Rate, and click SAVE.
For multiple guests, scroll down the page and you will see this.

Does booking com charge guests?

Is it better to upgrade after booking?
