Does Wilderness Lodge have a zero entry pool? The second pool at Wilderness Lodge is the Boulder Ridge Cove Pool. This linear pool is zero-depth entry and offers some shaded seating (first come, first served).


Are Disney Resort pools open to the public?

An artificial geyser and hot springs are located on the resort grounds. The resort has eight floors of lodgepole pine imported from Oregon, as well as 55-foot authentic totem poles and an 82-foot fireplace representing the colurful rocks of the Grand Canyon.


Can you see fireworks from the Wilderness Lodge?

While all of those trees are perfect for the resort's theming, they do make it a bit hard to have a clear sightline to Magic Kingdom Park. You won't really be able to see fireworks from the common areas of Disney's Wilderness Lodge, however, some Guest rooms do have partial views of the fireworks.


Can you walk from Wilderness Lodge to Contemporary?

Can you use Disney pools without staying there?

In order to ensure that resort guests can enjoy their pool without overcrowding, Disney only allows guests staying at that resort to use the pool. This is why you'll need a Key Card or MagicBand to tap into your resort's pools.


How often do buses run at Wilderness Lodge?

Disney says that buses run about every 20 minutes to each destination, but our experience has been that they often come at shorter intervals. One of our favorite ways to get around Disney World is by boat, and Wilderness Lodge is one of the best places to do it.
