Do you need more than one MagicBand? If you have multiple MagicBands or cards linked to your Disney account, you can continue to use as many as your wrists and pockets can carry. However, getting multiple MagicBands or cards does not give you multiple entitlements, such as additional park admission.


Can I use a card instead of MagicBand?

For guests who decide not to use MagicBands, you can ask for a Key to the World Card either when you check-in to your resort or go to Guest Services before entering your first park. Each guest will have their own card, and these cards are totally free. Cards feature a variety of designs.


What do you do with old MagicBands?

If your MagicBands are still useable, all you need to do to reuse them is to make sure your new Walt Disney World theme park tickets and reservations are linked to the same My Disney Experience account that your MagicBands are on.


How do I add another MagicBand?

Use the menu button in the lower right corner to select MagicBands and More and then Pair your MagicBand+. If instead, you purchased MagicBands online from shopDisney or in a retail shop, you'll need to link them to your account using the ID numbers on the underside of the band.


Do Disney tickets automatically Link to MagicBand?

Your tickets will be automatically linked to your MagicBands if you have previously linked your tickets and MagicBands to your My Disney Experience account. To check on this, log on to your account and scroll down to Plans, Reservations, and Tickets Click on Tickets & Memory Maker to view your tickets below.


Will a 5 year old MagicBand still work?

Just make sure they're active. One thing thats a slight bummer is cannot use them to buy points at resort arcades but thats life. They will work for purchases and tapping into rides. But they won't link the ride photos that don't have a touch point.


Can Disney MagicBands get wet?

Another great thing about the MagicBands is that they are waterproof. I remember worrying about my paper ticket getting wet during our splash mountain rides, and thinking more about the safety of the ticket rather than the fun of the ride.
