Length. The intense portion of the ride is about one-minute long. From the time you start moving until you get off, it's about two minutes.

Once your boarding group is called, you have 60 minutes to scan in at the attraction's entrance. In my experience, late arrivals are not permitted. There is a second opportunity to join the virtual queue for TRON Lightcycle / Run at 1:00 p.m. each day.

The virtual queues open at 7am and 1pm daily. If you stay at a Disney Deluxe Resort (including DVC resorts), you can join another queue at 6pm during Extended Evening Theme Park Hours at the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT.

You can join the TRON Lightcycle Run virtual queue at 7 am or 1 pm via the My Disney Experience app. The first of those times can be joined by anyone who has a Disney Park Pass reservation for Magic Kingdom that day. The second can be joined by anyone who has tapped into Magic Kingdom that day.
