Do regular MagicBands still work? So, yes, you can still use your band to unlock your resort room, enter the parks, clear Lighting Lane checkpoints, and purchase merchandise and food! Note: MagicBand+, which is the only type of MagicBand that works at Disneyland Resort, does not include these same features.

Just make sure they're active. One thing thats a slight bummer is cannot use them to buy points at resort arcades but thats life. They will work for purchases and tapping into rides. But they won't link the ride photos that don't have a touch point.
