Does Fort Wilderness allow visitors?

The Disney resorts allow visitors to park for 3 hours, so if you intend to stay for longer you would need to park up elsewhere,eg DTD and take the bus over. You can visit Ft. Wilderness as a guest. There are numerous free activities such as the campfire/movie that are open to anyone.


Can you go to Disney Fort Wilderness without staying there?

The large parking lot at the Outpost is for checking in, and for guests who are not staying there but visiting recreation and dining activities. You'll use your car to get to things outside of Fort Wilderness, rather than around it. With that in mind, there are different ways to get around.

Unfortunately, guests will not have access to the pools at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. The list of activities at Fort Wilderness is pretty long, one of my Mouseketeers is obsessed with the Campfires and S'mores. Some nights there are even Movies Under the Stars.
