Can you take pictures of King Tut's mask? Director general of the Egyptian Museum Sabah Abdel Razeq said that taking photos of the golden mask of King Tutankhamun outside its display case is prohibited. In a statement released on Friday 26/02/2021, Abdel Razeq added that the mask's display case was not opened since its restoration in 2015.
