Can you still ride the rides during Mickey's Halloween party? Rides! As if you didn't have enough to keep you busy at the Halloween party, many of the popular attractions remain open during the event. Since the party is a limited-ticket event, lines for the rides are at a minimum.

I just spoke with a Cast Member who did some digging and informed me that, unfortunately, Individual Lightning Lane purchases will not be available from 4:00-6:00 for those with just a party ticket. But don't fret and look alive!
Does Disney refund tickets if it rains?
Disney's official policy is that it does not offer refunds for rain. What is this? The show must go on, and even when it is rainy, Disney World is open. Now, of course if Disney does happen to close for a weather event (like a hurricane) they will issue refunds then.
