Depending on how much time has passed, battery health may limit your ability to receive Disney PhotoPass attraction videos and select attraction photos with MagicBand.

If they are used they are useless. They can't be linked to another account once already linked. The only purpose would be if you wanted the band design, and then you'd still have to purchase a new band in order to get a new puck to switch out. You're better off just buying direct from Disney.
