Can you get a SEPTA Key card from a kiosk? The SEPTA Key card can be purchased for $4.95 from a SEPTA Transit Store, Sales office, Fare Kiosks, Bus Loops and SEPTA Key External Retail Locations. When you purchase your Key Card, you will need to put money on your account.
