Can you delete Bolt account? We're sorry to see you go, but if you need to delete your Bolt account, we can permanently erase your data from the account center. Navigate to Account Settings. In Privacy & login, click Delete account. Select the reason you're deleting your account.

The personal data of the passenger is only disclosed to the ride-hailing drivers when they engage with a ride on in the Bolt app; in such a case, the driver will see the name, phone number (in some countries the number is masked), rating and geolocation data of the passenger.
Why does Bolt always cancel?
Sometimes, the order may be cancelled automatically due to the failed rider's payment method verification. Such cancellations also don't affect your activity score.
