Can you carry a knife in Iceland? According to Icelandic law on weapons no. 16/1998, chapter V, article no. 30, it is illegal to carry weapons in public. It is legal to carry knives/blades where it is considered normal, for example for work or hunting, or when it is not considered to be dangerous.
